Over the course of 4 days, engineers worked hard to complete a 18 IP camera install for the largest customer we work with, Aggregate Industries.
Following discussions with the managers at the plant, we decided to go with an 18 IP camera system. This allows higher quality video imaging compared to HD cameras. Having cameras which produce the highest quality of images is vital for aggregate sites due to the strict levels of Health and Safety.
Another bonus to going with IP is due to the cameras being installed over various locations within the plant. It is much easier to link these up wirelessly than to carry out a cable run over a long distance. Especially due to this plant being incredibly busy with traffic in and out of the gates.
With some cameras requiring up to 200m cable runs in order to link up. IP cameras had to be the preferred choice due to their ability to keep connection up to 300m
All installed with no issues, customer is verry happy with the images he is now receiving
